In 1974, Cideco built its first Kroger store in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This ‘one acre store’ was the largest Kroger in the national chain at the time. In the 43 years since, Cideco has gone on to develop over 80 projects across 9 states. We have been lucky to be associated with many national and regional companies.
